The Elda company has formed an e-liquid manufacturer, distributor and seller association named HRVAPE on April 15th in Buje, together with two other companies VAPOUR INTERNATIONAL D.O.O. i RED LAB D.O.O.

Successful cooperation of three companies and the same goals has led to the idea of forming the association.

The association prime goals would be informing the public about main differences between traditional cigarettes and e-cigarettes through education using scientific approach and research as well as promoting the „less harm“ culture, suggesting a less harmful alternative to all adult smokers who are struggling to quit smoking but at the same time pointing out using e-cigarettes are the best choice in prevention and smoking cessation in general.

Other goals of the association were pointed out by vice president Rinor Krasniqi: „There are significant differences between e-cigarettes and tobacco cigarettes, the main would be that e-cigarettes do not contain tobacco. Therefore, they should not be classified as tobacco products (Act on the Restriction of the Use of Tobacco and Related Products, NN 45/17, 114/18).

We are sure that in the dialogue with the Government of the Republic of Croatia, with the support of scientific research,  we will reach the final goal of classifying e-cigarettes as as separate product, which they are.“

The Association will provide the development of this market respecting all European norms and Croatian laws.
