Herzogenaurach's mayor, Dr.German Hacker, Josef Henemman i Torsten Schmotz together with the hosts participate in the celebration of Independence Day. Attended a wreath-laying at the Memorial for the Killed, fatalities and dead Croatian soldiers and the first Croatian president, dr. Franjo Tudjman, they also visited the memorial room of Croatian Homeland War in "House of Croatian War Veterans".

Then they visit successful company  ELDA based in Prvča 133. In a conversation that lasted more than an hour the mayor of Herzogenaurach Dr. German Hacker visited the facilities   Elde and listened information about the company ELDA, production and method of placing a product on the world market, which was presented by Chairman of the Board ELDA, Mr. Dario Marenić.

In a brief statement, at the end of the visit the company  ELDA, mayor of Herzogenaurach Dr. German Hacker said:
This is my third or fourth time here in Nova Gradiska. It is always interesting when we follow the development of your industrial zone, but when we find, as we say in Germany, "pearls", in small city such as Nova Gradiska, and by that I mean that glow shine. Of course, when we see that here is someone who has been leading the world market in a particular area, as we say in Germany hidden champions. Personally, I want further success in the market to this hidden champions – company ELDA  and I must admit that I am fascinated by what I saw. I wish them every success in their future work.
